The 7” BARNEL PRUNERS are gardener designed and an absolute joy to use! The handles are pressure injected aluminum making them very light, as well as strong with the ability to cut up to 16mm in circumference! The high carbon sword steel blade has a hard chrome finish and a deep sap groove which keeps the blade clean. There is unique shock absorbing cushioning in the spring so you never feel fatigue from using the pruners all day; and the handles are lined with a soft thermoplastic rubber making them perfect for anyone who has even a little arthritis like me! My favorite feature is the auto unlocking ...you just squeeze the handles together and they pop open! The locking mechanism is located in a position that makes it both a right and left handled tool.

The 6 1/2” GARDEN SHEARS come with a blade sheath that snaps on for storage. The blades are hardened stainless steel preventing corrosion and have the ability to cut up to 8mm in circumference. The handles have a soft gelled grip over a stainless steel core. I leave a pair hanging in my vegetable garden with my twine to tie up and harvest veggies. I also have a pair hanging by my rose garden to keep them deadheaded and tied up.

The blades are high carbon steel so they will hold a very sharp edge, while the ergonomically shaped handles are light aluminum. These are heavy duty trimmers that will cut up to a 10mm branch and can be used for edging ground cover in beds, precision hedge trimming, bonsai trimming and topiary trimming…like my teapot!
